The Sprout Café’s Kale Chips begin with organic kale sourced locally from Joseph Fields Farm. This is important because we like to support local businesses, organic farmers and because when you eat locally sourced produce, you can reduce seasonal allergy symptoms.
We then add our specially formulated seasonings to the kale and then dehydrate it, which removes the water and makes it crunchy, all the while preserving the enzymes and, vitamins and minerals.
