Your learning will take place in the raw food, completely organic ,VEGAN kitchen of The Sprout with Chef Mickey Brennan. The focus will be making vegan, yummy, raw cheeze; the importance of “live” enzymes; and how to make “live” crackers which may turn out to be the most sustainable and cost effective food in your kitchen!

If you have never had one of Mickey’s soups, then you really have never had soup. In the kitchen of The Sprout, learn how to make organic soup that is easy and so healthy. These soups are all VEGAN! There will be emphasis on eating seasonally, knife skills and plenty of time for Q&A.
