Why is our food Live and what is Raw?

RAW FOOD is “live” because the enzymes that naturally occur in the food are active and ready to give your body a break from digestion! A raw diet consists of unprocessed, raw plant foods that have not been heated above 46 °C (118 °F).

We soak all of our seeds and nut to activate enzymes and wash away inhibitors that naturally prevent sprouting– just like what rain water does in nature! This brings the seed or nut to the sprouting stage which means it is “Live” or RAW.

We then use a dehydrator to slowly cook at low temperatures (no hotter than 118 degrees). This preserves the “Live” enzymes.

Everyday we spend 70% of our energy creating enzymes to digest food! When you eat “live” or RAW food, all that energy is yours to play and heal with!
